The start of the 2023 Season could not have been more promising weather wise. We were able to play every week
in April. Hopes for the same in 2024 were dashed amidst a starting week of cold temperatures and steady rain. We were, however, able to play on occasion in March, a real bonus.
  A few new steady players were added last year. We welcomed Fred Wagner, Rick Zeller and Tom Mounts. Jeff  Holmer (gorilla hitter) became a weekly player. All were great additions to the group.
  Green Hills continued to be in terrific condition throughout
the year. The diligent work of the maintenance staff was 
obvious. Adam  continued to be very accommodating to 
our group. Max and Kennedy, once again, provided 
unmatched  support to us. The entire staff of Green Hills
sets the benchmark for customer service. We, as a group, thank them all.
  As the 2024 season begins let's remind ourselves that
the goal of this group is, or at least, should be, simply to
have a good day of golf in a friendly competition. There
will, no doubt, be the isolated disagreement of the draw, 
which tee should be used and what a rule should be. But, in the end it's just a friendly game being played by a group of
old guys trying to have a little fun. Lets have a blast!
